JAP - No Pride of the Fleet at the start of the game #22739

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.12.14 Kaiserreich version: 0.25.4 List any other mods used: Moereich Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? N/A

Explanation of the issue: Japan doesn't start with a pride of the fleet, even though it has more than enough capitals to assign it on.

Possible cause: Either the devs forgot or the Chinareich rumors are true? Either way a bug is a bug.

Probably accidentally left out from the naval rework/dework cycle somehow - in any case, this is now assigned to KR's fictional post-WWI Kii-Class - should come with the next patch or ironically enough the Left KMT update.

Feel free to suggest any additional capital ships for "pride of the fleet" for other tags too should you spot one.
