Explanation of the issue:

League of American States Invitation decisions were super crazy

Examples from in-game:

I invited Peru to the LoAS and Ecuador joined while Peru did nothing

Invite Central America invites PAN to the LoAS

The decision to invite Honduras to the LoAS is called invite Honuras without the d in the code.

Invited the Dominican Republic and Haiti joined

Invited Costa Rica to the LoAS and Nicaragua joined despite not existing due to being a part of Dem. CEN

Inviting VEN invited Columbia instead

Possible cause:

Not sure why these decisions bugged out. They look just fine in the code but evidently broke in game

Steps to Reproduce Load in on that save

Invite a country to the LoAS and get some random western hemisphere country to join.
