QIE, SQI - Annexing Shandong via the Manchu Coup should have the warlord integration effects #23242

Quick questions HOI4 version: most recent Kaiserreich version: 0.26.1

Describe the specific change you would like: Annexing Shandong via the Manchu Coup should be like clicking the final integration decision of a warlord

This would mainly be giving Qing the following bonus when it annexes Shandong during the Manchu Coup: Qing getting cores on Shandong's land Qing getting Shandong's generals and probably also some of their advisiors

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Consistency. Integrating any other warlord via the normal warlord mechanics would give you cores on their land and their generals. The Manchu Coup Qing annexing Shandong like this should be the same.
