Describe the specific change you would like:
Upon CAN taking the decision to restore GBR if they own any of the following states those states should transfer to GBR (similar to how the North Atlantic states in Ireland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands do)
The Falkland Islands and South Georgia
Gibraltar
Malta
Hong Kong
States in Africa
Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
The reasoning for the 5 non African states is quite simple. These territories can be conquered and claimed by CAN before restoring GBR, so if CAN happens to own them they should transfer over to GBR with the rest of the British territory
The reasoning why African states should transfer to GBR is because CAN gains "has_no_african_interests = yes" status upon GBR existing. So, if a player CAN decides to annex MAF or something, then restores GBR and plays as them, ai CAN will start to release all of Africa as puppets before GBR even has the chance to ask for their colonies back
Additional context or comments:
Additionally I noticed if CAN already claims these states and Britain takes them back via decision, CAN doesn't lose their claims on the states. If you choose to implement this suggestion please have CAN lose all claims on these lands so GBR doesn't immediately give the land back to CAN
