Can the CSA start with some Military Intel guy who doesn't have +1.00 encryption. Not being able to tell how many troops you are facing is one of the stupidest features in HOI4.

The San Antonio Texan Militia should spawn more spread out. Currently 14 units get dropped in province 12782 and 1 unit in 2042. They usually don't spawn in until the AUS is already knocking on those tiles which usually ends with the AUS booting the single division out of the way and swallowing the 14 stack in a 1 tile encirclement that runs out of supply very fast.
I propose dropping five units into the 2019 tile, 5 into the 12782 tile, and 5 into the 2042 tile. This way, the Federal AI has a better chance of being able to hold the tiny Southern Texas port to send some supplies in from D.C. This will take up some troops from the AUS that are normally free to run rampant through the Midwest once the pocket is cleaned up over the course of a couple days.
