Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.13.5 Kaiserreich version: 0.27.4

Describe the specific change you would like: I would like CODETEL aka Claro to be considered as a potential company that the Dominican Republic can choose as Industrial Concern in the form of Electronics Manufacture.

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Since the Dominican Republic only has Generic Industry Company for Industry Company, I figured it would be helpful for the Dominican Republic to have a real Dominican Republican company to choose from during your gameplay.
