All(?) - The Belgrade Pact exists despite it not existing #23714

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.13.5 Kaiserreich version: 1.0(woop woop) List any other mods used: TNO GUI, Radio TNO(I think?),

Explanation of the issue: Even though the Belgrade Pact doesn't exist, they are still mentioned in the 'Austria Collapses Into Anarchy' event that happens when AUS does the funni MilOcc path.

BUL won the 4th Balkan War, whilst AUS couldn't beat HUN until 1939 and then they went down the MilOcc path. They were then defeated in the ensuing war.
