Due to its connections with the Tirpitz Circle, the OHL dictatorship and secret plots to overthrow the Kaiser during the War, it's eyed with suspicion by everyone, be it Wilhelm II or the other parties. But times have changed, and disappointment with the March Coalition can easily benefit the DVLP. Not powerful enough to achieve a majority itself, it will need to build a grand coalition of the right, which will mean compromising some of their \"national revolutionary\" principles - but a step forward is better than no step at all, right?"
