GFX - Change nepal flag focus icon #24100

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.13.6 Kaiserreich version: 1.0.3

Describe the specific change you would like: change the flag_nepal focus icon for the nepal flag to actually fit the double-pennon shape of the nepal flag, instead of just having the empty space be a white flag

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: the one in the game right now looks bad

Additional context or comments: here's a swiss one if you want a rectangular flag for that one flag_swiss

I made them, but I didn't save the PSD here's the nepal flag by itself if you want nepal flag
