Describe the specific change you would like: I would like Rudolf Weigl to be a potential Political Advisor that you can choose as Poland under the trait "Medical Expert".

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: I think Rudolf Weigl would make for a good Political Advisor role, under this trait as he was known for creating the first effective vaccine against epidemic typhus and nominated for the Nobel Prize in Medicine between 1930 and 1934 and 1936 to 1939.
