As for Finnish names, those aren't really what Russia used during Grand Duchy period. Some cities were renamed (namely, Vasa became Nikolaystadt) but otherwise there's no real reason to change these names into kind of "fake Russian" - if they are changed, they would likely just get new Russian names, rather than "broken Russian" like this.
As for Russian monarchy, it is not time travel, it doesn't go to 1904. It's not plausible to imagine Russian empire, even dictatorial one, as that. It would be more modern type dictatorship, more akin to Romanian or Yugoslavian royal dictatorships, with ruling mass party (or "movement") and puppet democratic institutions for legitimacy. There's no real way monarchy could survive if it larped as 1904, and tbh both Kirill, Vladimir and Wrangel were constitutional-minded and understood that Russian monarchy cannot larp that it's still 19th century.
Will look into others.

The Russian endonyms I suggested come from a few maps of the Grand Duchy I've seen on the internet (in fact a uni project for the history of Finland is what even prompted me to look at these maps and then write up this looooong suggestion list.)
That's precisely why I thought you'd approve. But alright.
Also, please answer about the others. In a way I see this not just as a suggestion, but as a way to learn more history. Thanks in advance!
Quick questions HOI4 version: latest Kaiserreich version: latest
Describe the specific change you would like:
RUS - more Russian endonyms in Finland, Poland, Galicia/Ukraine/Hungary, as described in the brackets after "RUS" in the title, as well as further changes. I suggest this be done during the rework and not now, as it'll fit much better (I suppose)
Jyvaskyla could be russified to Yuvyaskyulya
Kajaani could become Kayaani
Mikkeli could become Mikhel
Polajarvi could become Polayarvi
Joensuu could become Yoensuu
Seinajoki could become Seinayoki
Additionally, in case Russia players decide to be overly imperialist and annex land up to the OTL Oder-Neisse line:
Gorlitz/Zgorzelec could become Zgorzhelets
Breslau/Wroclaw could become Vrotslav
Poznan should remain Poznan
Hindenburg/Zabrze could become Zabrzhe(?)
Liegnitz/Lignica could become Lignitsa
Kattowitz/Katowice could become Katovich or Katovitse(?)
Allenstein/Olsztyn could become Olshtyn(?)
Elbing could remain Elbing or become Elblyong(?)
Danzig would simply become Gdansk as it would in Polish(?)
Same as above for Stolp/Slupsk
Landsberg/Gorzow could become Gozhov(?)
For Galicia/Ukraine/Hungary Russia could decide to claim/annex Transcarpathia, so there should be a Russian endonym "Zakarpatie" with Uzhhorod becoming Uzhgorod
Manchuria can get Russian endonyms on a big chunk of its territory, but there's two states (Rehe and Jehol) that cannot. I'm not really sure what endonyms they can be given, but I suppose they should, since most people who elect to go for Manchuria would annex and keep the entire thing, especially because the border looks terribly fugly if they annex just the states that have endonyms.
Same goes for East Prussia. There is no reason that most people would leave East Prussia in a puppet Germany/Prussian state, and realistically Russia in this situation also probably wouldn't, so Koenigsberg has no reason to remain Koenigsberg. While it's not nearly as important of a city as it is today in real life, I suppose it'd fit a russified rename to Korolevsk or Kralovets.
RUS - politics, victory point and army template changes (in case the rework does not completely remove/change these)
-The RMS (Russian Monarchist Alliance) party has no reason to be in an absolutist Russian Empire. I suppose it should exist depending on the Tsar that Russia has restored, otherwise the PatAut party in a monarchy should be under a different name. For example:
The State Duma has no reason to exist in an absolutist Russian Empire, considering that everyone (especially Nicholas II) hated it, and so I think it should be replaced with a simple second-in-command/head of government.
The Women's Division of Death should be a militia template in my opinion. They surely wouldn't be a fully mainstream infantry division going by how conservative Russia is in Kaiserreich.
There is no reason that VPs including, but not limited to Tsaritsyn, Yekaterinodar, Yekaterinoslav (after Ukraine is retaken by Russia), Imperatorskaya Gavan, Novonikolayevsk and others would still have that name in a socialist Russia.
BUL - Victory point and state additions/changes (I promise, this one is short!)
Kurdzhali victory point in the state of the same name (Kartsali as a Greek endonym, Kircaali as a Turkish endonym)
Kurdzhali was (and still is today) a relatively small city though, so alternatively it could be exchanged for Haskovo (Haskoy in Turkish, don't know about Greek endonyms)
Southwest Bulgaria seems empty. One could add a Gorna Dzhumaya victory point in the southwest (renamed to Blagoevgrad if Bulgaria goes socialist) and/or more victory points for Macedonia.
Please, for the love of all that's holy, remove the panhandle Macedonia has, it brings nothing but ugliness to the borders and has no logical reason to exist in KR. In real-life Bulgarian historiography, this region is called Western Outskirts (Zapadni Pokraynini) and was only second to Macedonia in importance for our country and history post-1878, trauma from its loss existing to this day. Perhaps you should add such a state instead, with a VP in it - Bosilegrad.
ROM:
Splitting the current Bessarabia state into Moldova (Moldavia in case Russia controls it) and Basarabia (Bessarabiya if Russia controls it) with another VP addition - Ismail (Izmail if Russia/Ukraine controls it), with borders similar to the OTL ones. Especially for Russia it could work in a way similar to Karelia - "rather than taking the relatively worthless lands of entire Finland we shall just take Karelia" - replace Finland with Moldavia and Karelia with Bessarabia and it'll work all the same.
Alexandru Cantacuzino's NatPops should be able to get claims onto the newly Romanian-endonymed Vinnitsa and Odessa states, considering they seem the most similar ideologically to the OTL Antonescu fascist regime, which was a proponent for the annexation of those two.
FIN - any Finland regardless of ideology that's in the same faction as Russia (doesn't matter if Russia is a faction leader or not) should relinquish remaining claims on Russia in Karelia and Murmansk. Especially with the Eastern front of the 3I - the 3I would likely try to force the two to compromise in order to foster unity.
AUS/GAL - Danubian Federation/USGA keep having claims on the entirety of Galicia-Lodomeria even if it were given to Austrian-aligned Poland and/or Ukraine. There's no reason this should be the case, especially when one (or both) are allies to it in such a case.
LAT - Socialist Latvia should be able to request/be given back Latgalia when allied to a Socialist Russia, just like the two countries can do if non-socialist.
Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change:
Well, for the most part I explained this within the suggested changes area, but in order for this not to be empty, I'd say it'll improve realism, logic, and player experience for a certain demographic.
Additional context or comments: Not really. Happy reading and excuse me for the length of this.
