Describe the specific change you would like: Add game rules for each chairperson's post congress subbranch of the focus tree, like Wang-Chen Gongbo, or Song-Fo, or Song-true love, stuff like that

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: A bit more narrative control for the player

Additional context or comments: Will need to add weights to decisions managing minor faction influence (including LCS subfactions) and Fo as advisor

Suzu and I decided that it would be too much work and not for much gameplay benefit since they all ultimately play the same.
