Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.14.4 Kaiserreich version: 1.1

Describe the specific change you would like: Add more "generic" country paths in the settings for various countries that leave some things (like which democratic party wins the elections) up to chance. For example, for Ukraine it would mean paths that are simply "Hetmanate" and "Republic". The rules would not force whether the constitutional reforms pass or which party (in case of republican Ukraine) comes out on top in the elections.

A full list of suggested new paths in the settings: -Canada: Conservative with War Measures Act left to chance -Eyes to the South - Intervene -Mexico - Junta seizes power (whether it relinquishes it or not is up to chance) -Brazil: Democracy, Socialist Coup -Uruguay: Democracy - Presidency Restored, Democracy - Council Maintained -Bolivia: Democracy -Peru: Democracy, Aprist Takeover (to leave whether the country becomes syndicalist or totalist up to chance) -Ecuador: Democracy -Colombia: Democracy -Venezuela: Democracy Maintained -United Kingdom: Democracy (as opposed to guided parliament) -Ireland: Democracy, Socialism, Aontas Náisiúnta -Flanders-Wallonia: Reforms, Army Coup -Flanders: Monarchy (as in without Adelbert as he has his own path), Republic -Wallonia: Monarchy, Republic, Socialism -Netherlands: Democracy (as in kingdom maintained), Republic, Batavian Commune, VHN Dictatorship -Spain: Monarchy (who's the king is left to chance), King Juan, King Jaime, Republic -Portugal: The King And His Country -Italy: The Republic Survives, Federation, No Breakup, No ANI (as ANI being in charge changes the alignment of the Italian Republic drastically) -Venice: New Republic, Old Republic -Lombardy: Republic, Monarchy, Constitutional Monarchy -Two Sicilies: Democrats -Sardinia: Badoglio Deposed, Democracy Restored -Germany: Kabinett Schleicher, Demokratische Union, Koalition S-W-R -Poland: Kingdom, Republic. Also, make a separate setting for the Foreign Policy of the Republic, like what Ukraine has -Sweden: Military Coup - Junta, Revolution -Russia: Tsar, Tsar - Constituional Monarchy, Tsar - Absolute Monarchy, Firm Hand, Dmitry Romanov (what he does next is up to chance), Wrangler Takes Control (same), Denkin Takes Control (same), Denkin restores the republic (I've just realized that this is the only path that can't be set by the game rules. You can only make it so that the republic is mainatined with Chernov elected but not through Denkin's coup) -United Baltic Duchy: Democracy, The Duchy Falls -Estonia: Unity Front -Latvia: Socialism -Lithuania: Kingdom, Republic. Possibly also Democracy (same as Kingdom but without the pat-aut path) -Ukraine: Hetmanate, Republic -Bulgaria: Democracy Survives -White Ruthenia: Democracy. Also, add a separate setting for Socialist Revolt in case soc-dems stay in power -Bulgaria: Democracy Survives (both in the State Protection Act and the National Catastrophe settings) -Serbia: Radicals, Royalist Coup, March Conspiracy. Also, it would be nice to have a setting for whether Radicals restore the monarchy or not, if they go pat-aut -Greece: Perhaps add an additional setting for whether the referendum is rigged or not. Also, an option to pick a monarchist win in the refendum, while leaving the king up to chance. -Greek diplomatic path: Expansionism (the extend of the claims is left up to chance) -French Republic: Democracy (whether through the national coalition or a tighter hand), National Coalition -South Africa: National Party, Socialist Revolt -Liberia: Democracy -Ethiopia: Democracy -Ottoman Empire: Sabahattin Effendi, Endavour Front -Georgia: Republic, Monarchy (doesn't have to force the soc-cons to win in 1936) -Armenia: Democratic Coalition -Yemen: Republic -Assyria: Revolt Guaranteed (what happens next is up to chance) -Syria: Status Quo, People's Party -Iraq: Monarchy, "National Chief" assasinated -Iraqi Foreign Policy: Not Neutrality (which faction is left up to chance) -Persia: Reinforce the Constitution, Victory of Republicanism, The Flame Rekindled -Egypt: Constitutional Monarchy, Status Quo Monarchy -Qing: Zhili Monarchy, Zhili Republic, Manchu Coup -Japan: Electoral Reform -Sichuan: Armament Department, Industrial Corps, Republicans, Zhili Remnants -Yunnan: Tang Jiyao, Long Yun -Legation Cities: The Open Door, Collapse -Kumul Khanate: Khanate (doesn't matter if Nasir's or Bashir's), Khanate - Constitutional, Khanate - Autocratic, Nasir's Khanate, Bashir's Khanate -East Turkestan: Bughra Amirs, Democracy -Mongolia - Ungern Deposed, Democratic Government -Transamur - Not Japanese Lapdog, Democracy Prevails -Princely Federation: Accept Reforms, Refuse Reforms, Free Elections, Unite The Princes -Burma: Status Quo, Elections, No Socialist Revolt -Indochina - Socialists, Nationalists (Martial Law), Nationalists (Martial Law up to chance) -New Zealand - Democracy

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Sometimes it would be really nice to be able to set certain countries to more generic paths without dictating which political party will win every election or which ideology will come out on top in a power struggle if the country's general alignment remains the same. The current game rules very often don't allow such a thing but there are cases (like the Nordic countries) where you can just set a country to the democratic path without rigging the elections. Or there are countries like Ukraine where I'd like to be able to set the hetmanate to remain or to fall but leave what happens afterwards up to chance. More flexibility is always nice.

There are most definitely not going to be implemented. There is practically zero gain from these, as they do not add anything new to the game rules, as you already can get every mentioned outcome through existing choices. You also gave a list of literally 65 different rules to be needlessly updated lol, it would be far too much work to implement, let alone maintain.
