Explanation of the Issue

In the event The Royal Constitution - Revocation of titles, there is only one option - to completely ban title revocation - despite the event description clearly mentioning an alternative - a 2/3 majority.

This is further supported by a localization string in the mod files ins.83.b (the relevant event's ID is ins.83), saying "... unless a 2/3rd majority of the other nobles agree!"

There is no mention of the second option when exploring the event files, however.

Furthermore, the event ins.86 - one of the three possible results of the constitutional reforms - is never actually triggered. The other two events, ins.84 and ins.85, are triggered by ins.83. The comments for the events ins.83-86 in the event files are also a little messy...

Steps to reproduce

1. Play DEI
2. Have the Insulindian revolt succeed
3. Have the sultans take over
4. Go through the sultanate's political branch

A possible oversight when implementing the event chain.

I decided to fix the event chain myself for my current playthrough. It wasn't too difficult so you guys probably won't need it but sharing it just in case: INS events (Insulindia).zip
