SRI - Historical destroyer namelist not using prefixes

Explanation of the Issue

When selecting the "Historical Destroyers" namelist for Destroyers, the ships do not have the NdP prefix in the name. There are also existing destroyers that have the prefix along with ones that do not.

Steps to reproduce

Select the "historical destroyers" namelist and create a destroyer production line, or view the existing destroyers for the SRI at game start.

Possible Cause

A minor error in the namelists file perhaps. I'm not exactly familiar with the coding behind the scenes.

Addendum- it looks like changing the namelist for the Scirocco class is what added the prefix, and apologies the lack of one might be intentional, I'm not familiar with Italian maritime naming conventions.

AFAIK, this is intentional—SRI's DDs and SSs name lists don't have prefixes. The same goes for the Two Sicilies (SIC) and the Italian Republic(ITA), too, with Sardinia (SRD) being the sole exception.
