Explanation of the Issue

Bug from this issue is still present in 1.1.3 https://github.com/Kaiserreich/Kaiserreich-4-Bug-Reports/issues/24389
After the revolution starts, if the player chose Guderian to secure the capital and got the event about revolution crushed, Centrolew still comes to power.

Steps to reproduce

Choose Guderian option after start of the revolution

UPD: there's actually no event about revolution crushed, pls ignore the second issue.
