Greece can have a civil war between socialist rebels and the non-socialist government while part of the Belgrade pact alongside Serbia. GRE will temporarily leave the Belgrade pact for the duration of the civil war (this is fine). The issue is, currently a socialist SER will guarantee the anti-socialist Greek faction during the civil war. Instead, a socialist Serbia should guarantee the socialist Greeks, and then as usual have Greece rejoin the Belgrade Pact once the civil war is over.
Steps to reproduce
Be Serbia, go socialist.
Form Belgrade Pact, invite Greece.
Have a socialist uprising cause a Greek civil war.
Observe that a socialist Serbia now auto-guarantees the Greek faction that is fighting against socialists.
