Explanation of the Issue

the decision to release Argentina is broken, it has been for a while but i've just now decided to report on it lmao, whenever you get the decision to release argentina, it doesn't do anything and you just get the event again.

Steps to reproduce

just annex argentina as any country that doesn't have claims on their entire country, wait for the event, click on it, click on the option to release it and nothing will happen.

Possible Cause

i believe its because the option to release argentina only turns it into a puppet, without giving it any states.

The Kaiserreich - No Annexation Debuffs mod hasn't been updated since 2021 on Steam, and is drastically out of date. I've tested your save game without it, and Argentina is released just fine.

That said, you have a ton of submods that are almost guaranteed to conflict with KR's files at some point. Remember that non-graphical submods are not compatible with KR unless stated otherwise, and thus we cannot offer much support in case of a cross-mod bug.
