TUR - VP Changes to the Ottomans #24845

Quick questions HOI4 version: Latest Kaiserreich version: Latest

Describe the specific change you would like: The first change I'd recommend is upgrading Aleppo, Beirut, Mecca, Trabzon, and potentially Mosul to medium-sized victory points. These were all fairly important cities within the Ottoman Empire with a decent population, and I feel this should be represented. At the same time however, I'd bump down Ankara to either a medium or minor-sized vp. Much of its importance stems from the fact that it became the Turkish capital, and here I'd imagine it would stay a much smaller town. Also, this is outside of the Ottomans, but I'd recommend upgrading Tabriz and Esfahan in Iran to medium vps as well. Now, in terms of the locations I'd add in, this isn't an exhaustive list, and you don't have to put in everything I suggest, but here's what I'd consider:

Edirne

Bursa

Izmir

Ayfon

Kastamonu

Yerevan

Diyarbakir

Aleppo

Latakia

Transjordan

Haifa

Sinai

Medina

Mosul

Baghdad (You could take out one of these if necessary/ overkill)

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: I chose most of these cities because they were either important administratively (i.e Diwaniya, Tripoli, Sinop, etc.) important sites of battles (i.e Gallipoli, Kut, etc.), or culturally significant (i.e Najaf, Karbala, etc.). I feel like adding these in would add a lot more flavor to the map and give more weight to newly independent states freed by the Cairo Pact. I understand that you might not be able add all of these in because of balance, but I'd consider adding in a couple. I'd especially add in more vps to Iraq and empty states in the Levant, which are notably sparse.

Additional context or comments: This is incredibly minor, but Diyarbakır should actually be known as Diyarbekir. The A was changed to an E in 1937 by Ataturk in the process of Turkification, so it should be changed out for its older name.
