Quick questions HOI4 version: Latest Kaiserreich version: Latest

Describe the specific change you would like: Italian flag changes involving Italy.

First off, the colors on the flag of the Papacy seem to be incorrect, as they weren't adopted until 2001. This flag is more accurate to the times (i.e the gold and red are different).

Second, if you want to recycle the original flag of Piedmont, the state flag actually featured a small crown on top of the cross. Personally though, I think it would be more realistic to just scrap the flag and replace it with that of the kingdom of Italy. The Piedmont dynasty still claims to be them after all, and I'd see no reason that they'd abandon it. It also just feels weird for them to dredge up an old flag that, by this point, hadn't been used for a century. As a compromise though, you could give them a new flag. I was thinking you could put the House of Savoy crest or the Savoy Knot over the Italian tricolor and make something similar to the Cross of Lorraine flag of Free France. I think this could be a good idea.

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: For Sardinia, I think having them start a new flag, incorporating the Italian tricolor in some way, would be more realistic and make a lot more sense. If they're still claiming to be the legitimate kingdom of Italy, I don't understand why they would abandon their national symbol for something from pre-unification times.

The Papal State flag used is the one flown between 1825-70 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Vatican_City#/media/File:Flag_of_the_Papal_States_(1825-1870).svg, not the Vatican City flag from 1929 or 2001.
