Uh - I'm not sure about the Thai ones:
Nakhon Si Thamarat -> Ligor : A bit too anachronistic here, switching to "Nagara Sri Dharmaraja" might be more appropriate.
Hat Yai -> Singgora : The city itself was quite new - it grew from a random farming village during the 1920s as a major railway hub, so there wasn't really a historical name for the area. Simply slapping Singgora on top is like renaming San Diego "Tijuana," even if both cities (in our case, Hat Yai and Songkhla) are considered to be in the same metropolitan area nowadays. If those involved in the "South Thailand insurgency" didn't even bother renaming the city in their maps, then I don't think there's a need for us to do so.
