HOI4 version: v.14.8.6 (Bolivar) Kaiserreich version: 1.1.4

Describe the specific change you would like: image image

Generals K.M Cariappa and S.M Srinagesh should be moved to the Princely Federation/Raj (they were from the South, so probably the latter, though I'm aware PRF is being removed in the inevitable India rework), while Rash Behari and Subhash Chandra Bose should not be generals.

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: K.M Cariappa was a committed Anglophile by many reports. He was also a South Indian and I’m not sure why he would be outside the South with the British/PRF, considering the generally volatile situation of KR India and the fact that he was himself a strong Anglophile to the point of wanting an English-style Westminster government with Labour, Liberal and Conservative parties; I would say that it would make sense to relocate him to either PRF or RAJ. The same applies to SM Srinagesh, who although not as notably Anglophilic was still a South Indian and would not be able to relocate to the area under Azad Hind for obvious reasons.

Rash Behari Bose and Subhash Chandra Bose, although often using military trappings, never had any experience commanding armies or even paramilitaries. They were both primarily political leaders.

Additional context or comments: Alternative generals could be: Satya Gupta: head of the ‘Bengal Volunteers’, a Congress paramilitary organisation and titled “major” by Bose Chandrashekhar Azad: revolutionary terrorist in UP, can be used Surya Sen, Balaji Huddar (volunteered in Spain in real life!), Sardar Udham Singh, A.C Chatterji (photo can be found easily, just ask me), Sachindranath Sanyal and Ramnath Biswas can be used as replacements. All were guerrilla/terrorist/revolutionary leaders with the exception of Chatterji, a general in Bose's army. Additionally, all of them have sources.

We are aware that a lot of Indian generals don't really make too much sense in the positions they are currently in, but we're unlikely to make significant changes to it until a full India rework as we would rather do a full overhaul of the roster alongside one instead, where we have much more solid reasonings in place for who is present where and who is present at all.
