Description

When Japan releases a new country in Asia, make them PatAut/AuthDem/NatPop regardless of Japan's ideology

Reasoning

Japanese foreign policy doesn't differ between the different paths. They wouldn'r set up liberal democracies in Indochina, the Philippines, Malaysia and Insulindia.

No, this is standard annexation behaviour - countries will release puppets as their own ruling ideologies, with a few rare exceptions.
