Description of the Issue

When I annexed Britain after they collapsed, I decided to enforce the Algiers agreement, which in turn gave it to France. The island has now been going back and forth between Australian and French control, changing about every week.

Steps to Reproduce

• As Germany, agree to Algiers agreement.
• Have Canada lose to socialist America.
• Capitulate socialist Britain, wait for them to be annexed.
• In the peace conference, annex Britain.
• Agree to uphold the Algiers agreement, which will grant Britain to French hands (as they now lead the Entente).
• Wait a short while, and France will most likely give it to Australia, as they are home of the British monarchy now.
• Wait a while longer, and Britain should be handed back to France.

Possible Cause

Loop, where France gives Britain to the British monarchy, but instead of releasing Britain, Australia gives it back to the Entente leader, which it thinks is Canada, but is actually France, and so the loop repeats.

Can you provide a save of this issue?

Note, since a number of days has passed, I do not have a save of the original moment where the bug occurred. The current save file I have includes the closest save to the incident, in which I have already used console commands to correct the situation. The original save file, named "KR- GERMANY.zip" is provided in the edited report above.

However, I was able to create a sort of similar situation, by using the console to grant the island of Britain to Australia, where they grant it to France instead of forging the UK, however, in this version, it seems France has corrected itself and will now create the UK upon being given the island, ending the loop that was previously happening. This edited save file is the second one, called "KR- GERMANY2.zip", also included above. Both are compressed to .zip to save space.

Again I apologise for not having an accurate save file, I have not been required to provide one in bug reporting in other mods. This is the first time I have been asked to provide one.
