Description of the Issue
Title says it all. In my game I had a MacArthur US with over a thousand ships, Ukraine had about 250 ships, the SRI had 220 ships, Germany had about 700 and Spain had 420 by 1937. Mind you, instant construction wasn’t on.
Steps to Reproduce
Well, just play, I guess.
Possible Cause
No idea, somewhere exists a hidden accidental buff, maybe?
