NFA, National France - I gameruled France to elect the marlibs. They did. Until they elected the soccons in 1945. Now they can't finish their focus tree.

Description of the Issue

I gameruled france to elect marlibs when retaking the mainland. they did. In the next election they elect the soccons. They hadn't completed their focus tree yet so now they can't finish it.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1. Set france to keep the coalition in algeria which they do Step 2. Set france to go marlib when they retake the mainland which they do Step 3. ???? Step 4. AI has somehow elected the soccons in 1945 and now they can't finish their focus tree. No profit for the french :(

Possible Cause

France AI electing the soccons in 1945 breaking their focus tree probably wasn't considered

This isn't a bug. MarLibs are not electable later into the NFA elections. The game rule descriptin recognises this, and says that the MarLibs are elected in the first election, nothing is said about subsequent ones.

Though actually, even if game rules aren't set, this is still a bug as you shouldn't be locked out of finishing your tree. I'll re-open this
