United Kingdom Social Conservative Cabinet bug

Explanation of the issue:

After restoring the UK via the Lawrence Coup, I elected social conservatives. However, after initially having social conservative ministers, they were quickly replaced (except for my Head of government) by market liberals, and did not show up on the available ministers screen (My Head of Government also weirdly did not appear on the available ministers screen, despite being the current Head of Government). It said that the "Prerequisites for government idea [the name of social conservative minister] are no longer fulfilled and has been replaced by [name of market liberal minister]". This same thing happened again following the 1939 elections, after I re-elected the social conservatives.

This is currently a known bug for all social conservative governments.

Some weird bug with SocCon ministers - I'm pretty sure they're fixed now on the dev build.
