Typos in event par.2 #2969

Kaiserreich version: dev build as of November 9, 2018

There are some typos in the "Anti LPA Rally" event for Paraguay:

typos

For instance,

1 - "hundreds of people gathered to protested his insults" -> needs to be "protest" not "protested".

2 - "demanding an official break diplomatic break off between our nations" -> has "break" twice, it should be "official diplomatic break".

3 - "While its not likely this will happen" -> "its" is incorrect, should be "it's".

4 - "as danger of war reminds everyone of who saved Paraguay" -> should be "as the danger of war reminds everyone..."

The response, as well, has errors -- "cant" is missing its apostrophe, and "regain it's greatness" has an apostrophe where it should not.

This was fixed <- message to myself for when doing change notes and other record keeping
