Bagged collapse of MittleAfrika. #3104

Explanation of the issue: When AI complete focuses "Establish the Lion Society" and "End the Protectorates" some warlords are coming to revolt and it actually cause to MittleAfrika exist, some african warlods exists, they are fighting to each other. It doesn`t increase world tension. And when collapse actually started (10% to world tension and etc) game crashed.

OS: Windows 8.1 HoI4 version : Latest (1.5.4) Kaiserreich version: Alpha 0.8.2 Using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No List other mods used (including KR Music mod): Coring Button Have you changed any files, outside of mods used? No Checksum (four-letter code at the bottom of your title menu): 0253 Which DLC expansions do you NOT have? None

Save. When i start playing on this save second time, collapse happend in a 2 month later. A month beforte collapse.zip

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start MittleAfrika.
  2. Dont fight against Portugal and lead your country to collapse.
  3. After 1938 choose left branch and complete focus "End the Protectorates".
  4. Wait until rebels and collapse will kill your country and crash the game.
