Bucuresti should be București Iasi should be put as Iași Chisinau should be Chișinău Cetatea Alba should be Cetatea Albă The Ș can be used from the localisations for Brașov and Timișoara if taken by Romania in the mod. The Ă can just be put as the ă. Dobrich in Southern Dobrogea, when taken by Romania should become Dobrici. Nagyszeben, a Hungarian town in Southern Transylvania should become Sibiu if taken by Romania. The State of Crisana doesnt work on the State map mode as it is localised as Crișana in the game, but in the game it actually appears as Cri?ana

In your last point you hit upon the issue that won't allow the rest of your points to stand, HoI4 really doesn't appreciate special characters.

Just have it as Crisana like in the base game then

I changed Crisana to not use the special character. Havent done the renaming stuff yet
