Bug with the decision to kill Alfonso XIII #3770

You fixed the bug with the lack of killing Alfonso XIII. But the problem is that the name of the leader in terms of prescribed Alfonso XIII de Bourbon, and the leader's name is Alfonso XIII because of this conditions are not met and a solution is not possible to perform.

Mind specify which file is it? I don't think there's any remaining reference to old Alfonso XIII de Bourbon in-game right now.
