As shown in the screens appointing civs to repair factorys (Ive only tested it with the civs tho) does absolutely nothing. Infrastructure in fact repairs a bit faster if you assign them, from daily 1% to 4% with my 6 facs.
This might be a basegame problem since it could be that way that I didn't assign enough facs for them to reach an additional 1% repair speed (In case there are no reachable values calculated between 0 and 1 percent, gamedesign this poorly SHOULD get axed if you test your game mechanics at all, right?)
