UoB - A New Field Marshal for UoB

Describe the change you would like: It's struck me that some of the UoB commander choices are....odd. Bill Alexander for example was only in his twenties in 1937, so in order for him to be Field Marshal he would have to a Political general. He certainly shouldn't have the Brilliant strategist trait, as we know next to nothing about him.

A better choice for Field Marshal by far would be Ronald Forbes Adam. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ronald_Forbes_Adam

Explain the reasoning behind this change: Ronald Adam would certainly have the training necessary. More significantly, IRL he was well known in WWII for his radical views on officer promotion and on Army reform, and was considered by many of his (admittedly reactionary) colleagues to be a Socialist. Amongst other things he was a strong supporter of ABCA, which was credited by many with having played a key factor in Labour victory in the 1945 General Election.

Additional context or comments: On that note, Bernard Paget is a rather peculiar choice for UoB to have as a commander, given that IRL he was an ardent conservative, and one of Adam's most vehement opponents. It also seems a tad odd that while Harold Alexander and John Vereker have been rightly removed from UoB, they have yet to be transferred to Canada.
