GXC - Guanxi formed the United Provinces of China causing the faction to disband #4859

Quick questions OS: HoI4 version: 1.7.1 Kaiserreich version: master 9/21/19

Explanation of the issue: Yunnan, Sichuan, and Liangguang were in a faction together when suddenly the faction was disbanded becasue Liangguang changed to the United Provinces of China.

If YUN and SZC were puppeted when the faction was disbanded, then it's WAD.

I did not see any puppeting happen, only the faction dissolving.

Fixed. UPC won't disband its faction now until I get around to it integrating its puppets.
