Missing Continuous Focus Position #5318

As a reminder, the code for Continuous Focus Position looks like this:

continuous_focus_position = { x = A y = B }

Flanders and Wallonia too because I think that's technically mine as well. Abstaining from Belgium and the Netherlands because it seems to bug dynamic trees
