SZC/TIB - Tibet peace offer event firing repeatedly, is broken #5391

Quick questions Kaiserreich version: Dev (11/11)

Explanation of the issue:

When the peace offer from Tibet fires, upon rejecting or accepting the peace event the day it fires you'l have the event firing at least twice. Also accepting the peace causes you to outright annex Tibet rather than white peace them out in exchange for the claimed clay, which seems to go against the event's actual writing. Either way, the fact that I can annex them via event and then get another 50PP for my trouble on top of that is definitely not WAD.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play as Sichuan, intervene in the Northern War.
  2. Beat up Tibet Enough to get the peace event to fire.
  3. Accept or decline the same day it fires.

I'm underscoring the third bit because if I just waited 24 hours before accepting the event didn't fire again and functioned as normal. This avoids the bug whether you accept or reject the peace offer or not.

Dunno if there's any relevance to the fact that my game log says that it's only firing once. Either way, Sichuan.9 may have problems.
