Quick questions OS: HoI4 version: Explanation of the issue: As Yunnan, if you invade Tibet over Chamdo, once you take it there is an event where they sue for peace. The first option provides a white peace, but does not remove their "We are at war" national spirit that provides a +15% surrender limit. The option to keep on going removes a spirit called "We are at war" but it says it is the Kingdom of Siam's spirit, which it is not. Also it has no loc

Steps to reproduce:

  1. As Yunnan, go to war with Tibet over Chamdo

  2. Successfully take Chamdo
