Explanation of the issue:
As the title states, Pro-Beijing Anqing is winning the League Collapse war but is stricken with the losing debuff. Meanwhile, the Left-KMT are also suffering from the losing debuff which has caused a stalemate on both sides. For some reason Yunnan is at war with Anqing on the side of the Left-KMT but no other United Front member is.
