GXC integrating puppets #5692

Quick questions OS: 7 HoI4 version: dev Kaiserreich version: latest List any other mods used: coloured Were you using Steam? y Were you in multiplayer? Which expansions do you NOT have?

Explanation of the issue:

After forming China and further strenghten my position in my faction I puppeted Hunnan through my focus tree; my other faction member Yunnan resisted and I declared war on me. I defeated and annexed them into my fold, however even after completing the political focus tree of GXC China I wasn't able to annex Hunnan

Which path did you pick? The Federalists integrate the remaining puppets through the UPC tree unlocked after A New China focus is completed. NPA tags integrate after the power struggle after taking Beijing.
