amount of available army ministers is extremely high and useless also Nippon electric company is so op, that it makes all other industrial companies pointless

Did a balance pass on all Japanese companies, so Nippon electric company is no longer busted. As for the army ministers, that'll be done when we get CWTools do scan through that file. Until then, closing this issue down, thanks for the feedback!
