Thanks for the detailed post!
1-6 These seem like a simple fix however I was sure I fixed 6 when I partially reworked them. When I have time I will investigate this thoroughly and re-balance it so you can declare independence (You only can once you have Moscow so the focus is blocking you at the moment) and actually continue your game.
7 That is a rather amusing bug, I will certainly fix this for you.
8 I am aware of this however I just left it for the time being. When I have time I will search through the files for these events (They are event for RUS too core territory but some of those events apply too TRM and some don't which is irritating) and remove the Transamur instance from them.
9 I or another team member can take a look into this.
Sorry if the top part was kind of confusing. Points 1 through 5 weren't bugs, they were just the steps I did to get to 6. Thanks for responding! :)
Fixed.
Any issues I list happened in this exact order. I'm playing with only Kaiserreich.
Did the normal Transamur start of waiting for civil war. Soviets declared, along with Finland.
Asked Russia for my land with the focus "Russia is Vulnerable", Japan said yes, I got the far east for free immediately when Russia didn't contest. No events about Japan.
For the next focus, "Push our Claims in Baikal Region", I did not ask Japan for permission, taking stab hit. Russia still did not intervene, and I got the Irkutsk area for free. I immediately moved my capital to Irkutsk, and integrated the land. No events about Japan.
I got the Kolchak coup event, chose to have Kolchak stay in power. No events about Japan.
I did the next focus, "Go West", and decided to wait a month to declare. I declared, calling Japan in. A peace event fired after about 2 months, giving me up to the Urals. I immediately moved my capital to Novosibirsk, and again integrated the land. No events about Japan.
(BUG) At this point, I assumed I had to wait for an event to get my freedom. I played for about 2 years, completing some industrial focuses and the political ones for Kolchak. I was unable to take the focus "Final Solution" without being independent. No events fired. Russia was still at war with Soviets and Finland.
Possible Problem: I opened a copy of the savegame, and used focus.nochecks to complete "Final Solution", delall'ed on the Soviet and Finnish troops so Russia would win their war, then console annexed Russia. At this point, I could move my capital to Moscow. After moving my capital, a decision appeared to break with Japan, giving me my freedom.
Basically, you can't take Moscow without having your freedom, but you can't get your freedom without having Moscow.
The decisions for White Ruthenia and Ukraine both worked, but they both said yes to being annexed. Not sure what would have happened if they said no.
(BUG) I console annexed Don-Kuban and Alash Orda to get around the above issue. I was able to integrate them just fine, but got "You've gained cores on X region" events, even though I can integrate them through decision. This also happened with Ukraine.
(BUG) Upon annexing any of the core-able, Russian land, I would still get "The Fate of X Country" decisions, and have to choose to occupy them. This happened for Don-Kuban, Central Asia, Finland, White Ruthenia, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Baltic Duchy, and Poland. This resulting in me going negative in PP and losing lots of stability and war support.
Hopefully this helped, I've never done one these before.
EDIT: Almost forgot a possible bug. After forming Russia as Transamur, I believe you're supposed to get voting rights for the Legation cities? That never happened for me.
