GEA/YUN(?) - Peace event #5895

Quick questions HoI4 version: 1.8.1 Kaiserreich version: 0.10.0a

Describe the change you would like: A peace event between GEA and Yunnan if Yunnan pushes GEA out of Indochina

Explain the reasoning behind this change: German East Asia gets a focus to declare war on the Yunnan Clique under certain circumstances, however if Yunnan can win against GEA and push them out of Indochina, your trapped there. Because your expansion focuses if you go republican/isolation require you to be at peace, you can't advance them because you can't win against GEA, and it's very unlikely for Yunnan to be able to build a navy to defeat GEA and invade their other territory.
