CHI/LKMT - Issues with Gaining Tibet/Mongolia/India Early #5934

Quick questions HoI4 version: 1.8.1 Kaiserreich version: 0.10.0a

Describe the change you would like: Right now it is possible to annex Tibet, Mongolia, and India prior to being able to complete any of their focuses. This means you are penalized and cannot take the land without stability/war support hits (which doesn't make sense at least from war support).

Tibet and Mongolia: lost war to Ma Clique, Ma Clique was annexed by Fengtian, I annexed the territory. India: Princely Federation unified India and joined Japan's Co-Prosperity Sphere, DoW'd on me before I finished the war with Japan. When releasing India, they got the disputed territory because there was no claim on it.

  • Option A: Instead of the Republic of China event firing after Fengtian is annexed, allow the event to fire after Fading Sun is triggered (if the player chooses to go with No Peace option) or earlier (eg player controls a majority of China). This means that the focuses for Mongolia/Tibet/and India can be taken earlier.
  • Option B: Take the Mongolian/Tibetan/Indian focuses into account in the post-annexation events (where they ask you to release a puppet) even if those focuses are not selected.
  • Option C: Add claims via event automatically after occupying the territory.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: Means the player isn't penalized if they get the territory earlier.

I see, I am adding the ability to claim China physically so hopefully this gets resolved when I get round to that.
