GXC- Li Zongren not appearing as Field Marshal and Bai Chongxi not appearing as General in the Liangguang Military Government. #5945

Quick questions HoI4 version: 1.8.1 Kaiserreich version: 0.10.0a List any other mods used: None Were you using Steam? No Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? I have all of them.

Explanation of the issue:

Not sure if it is a bug, but Liangguang doesn't get Li Zongren as Field Marshal and Bai Chongxi as General when Li steps in. In comparison, Yunnan gets them as military commanders if the KMT fails to secure Liangguang.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play as Liangguang

  2. Put Li Zongren in power
