Describe the change you would like:
An event to end the "Punish Yunnan" war if Yunnan manage to win/kick them out of Indochina. Ideally this event would make GEA cede Indochina and any Yunnan occupied concession cites. (Guangzhouwan, Kiaochow, and Weihaiwei) Perhaps after this event there could be another where the chinese nations beside a concession city have the option of annexing it, risking a war with GEA/Germany.
Explain the reasoning behind this change:
Yunnan cannot get past the east asian navy to finish the war while undeniably being victorious. This locks them out of a modest amount of their focuses, most notably the ones needed to unite China.
Additional context or comments:
Being punished for winning a war you didn't even start is not very cash money.
