Explanation of the issue:
Korean flag on units when Korea has a socialist government retains the old DPRK flag instead of the new flag used for all versions of Korea.
Steps to reproduce:
Play as a Syndicalist/Radsoc/Totalist nation and console-annex Japan
Release Korea, play as them, and train a unit.
Possible cause:
Korea only has one flag now in gfx>flags, but gfx>flags>medium and >small all have the old DPRK flags for socialist Korea.
However, diplomatic/trade view does not have the DPRK flag, suggesting that this is a problem with the code for Korea instead. Oddly enough, copying a unit design from a Korean puppet does not bear the DPRK flag.
