Explanation of the issue:
I was playing the German Empire and after I triggered the Fading sun I could see that I got Claims over all of China. Something to add is that fengtian was a japanese puppet before that.

2.Beat Japan triggering the Fading sun
Possible cause: Fading sun if no then I don't know German Empire Bug Claim over entire china.zip German Empire Bug Claim over entire china.zip
