SZC - Unable to Invade Neighbors #6593

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.8.2 Kaiserreich version: 0.10.1 List any other mods used: Music KR Were you using Steam? yes Were you in multiplayer? no Which expansions do you NOT have? none

Explanation of the issue: Federalist Sichuan unable to invade Liangguang after taking the decision or to use the decisions from the focus Revive the Federal Project. I took both when at war with Yunnan as Tang betray me.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play Sichuan, go officers

  2. Save Scum until Chen loses in Lainguang

  3. Rush the foci Revive the Federal Project and Recover the First Provence

Possible cause: Being at war while taking the focus soft locks it maybe?

Already fixed internally, will come with the next hotfix.
