GXC - Integrating Warlord Armies gives wrong event title #6678

Explanation of the issue: As Liangguang-UPC, when you do the focus to integrate and nationalize the armies of your allies, the event title says "Zhu De" and "Tang Shengzi" accept, when the heads of state are Tang Jiyao and Zhao Hengti respectively.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ally Yunnan and Hunan as the federalists

  2. Complete focus "Nationalize Armies"
