GXC/YUN - No Pic for He Yingqin #7282

Quick questions OS:windows 10 HOI4 version:1.9.1 Kaiserreich version:0.11.2 List any other mods used:music and cosmetic mods Were you using Steam?yes Were you in multiplayer?no Which expansions do you NOT have? have all Explanation of the issue: When I obtain He Yingqin as a field marshall (I believe from annexing Yunnan?) he doesn't have a portrait in the list of generals but when i assign him he does have one. Also, his description doesn't appear, as you can see.

Steps to reproduce:

1.be lianguang

2.diplo annex yunnan

Possible cause:

Already fixed internally, will come with the next hotfix.
